Cupcake friday 04.19.2013

This week's cupcake friday is the Turtle Cheesecake cupcake -- this has quickly become one of my favorite cupcakes -- it combines my love for caramel, cheesecake frosting and a chocolate cake.  It also has some pecans in it which does make it better but i dont think that is the draw -- i think the draw is more because there are discernible bits of caramel in the cupcake itself.. yum!
